Does mount inclination increase a scope’s adjustment range?
No. Inclination changes the fixed orientation of the mounted scope. It does not increase the mechanical travel available inside. The total range and the travel still available from a particular starting position are two different specifications.

A large inclination is therefore not automatically better. Whether a combination is suitable depends on the complete system and its limits. A cartridge name alone cannot provide a universal mount recommendation. Zero stop, mechanical centre and optical centre are also different reference points.
MOA and MRAD are angular units. Rounded, 1 MOA / 0.290888 MRAD represent the same angle. The same applies to 20 MOA / 5.8178 MRAD. The extra decimal places come from conversion. “Mil” should be clearly defined in the data sheet because historical angular subdivisions do not always correspond to a true milliradian.
A minute of angle is not a fixed length in centimetres, either. The corresponding length depends on distance. This is why Weitschuss lists angle, adjustment range and mount height separately.
